Melco Announces Completion of Privately-Negotiated Share Repurchase
Macau, Wednesday, August 31, 2022 Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: MLCO) (the Company), a developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe, today announces that the previously announced privately-negotiated share repurchase of 9,995,799 of the Companys ordinary shares and 25,000,000 of the Companys American depositary shares, each representing three ordinary shares, from Melco Leisure and Entertainment Group Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Melco International Development Limited, has completed, including post-closing matters. As of August 31, 2022, 1,370,052,143 of the Companys ordinary shares are outstanding.
