MACAU, Feb. 07, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: MLCO) (“Melco” or the “Company”), a developer, owner and operator of integrated resort facilities in Asia and Europe, today announced its subsidiary, MCO Cotai Investments Limited, has entered into a subscription agreement with Studio City International Holdings Limited (“SCIHL”) to purchase approximately 220 million Class A ordinary shares of SCIHL (the "SCIHL Class A Shares") for an aggregate purchase price of approximately US$165 million.
